The Vollrath 38119 ServeWell® hot food station has five thermoset, fiber-reinforced resin wells that are resistant to rusting and pitting. Thermostatic heat controls modify the heat automatically, adjusting it as necessary for changes to water temperature or food volume. All four sides of the station come with mounting holes for breath guard attachments. A stainless steel undershelf ideal for storing extra napkins, utensils, or other supplies is included, and the side features a cutting board and undercounter plate shelf for added convenience. This unit’s dome heating elements use as much as 25 percent less energy than other models.
